Long story, short. Did not like fitment. Was going to return. Decided not to. Realized this was as good as it was going to get. Gaposis is caused by rear wheel well insert. Insert's edge extends past rim of wheel well pushing the splash guard away from body (bumper) about 1-2mm. See pics. Did not want to trim wheel well insert. Tried to use 3M double-sided tape, but TPP plastic is too strong. Not perfect, but good enough.I noticed the Fiat would get very dirty on the back end when the roadway was wet. It was obvious the spray from the rear tires was an issue. I told my wife she needed mudguards, and she told me to get them. I found these on Amazon at a ridiculously low price, so I bought them. Installation was a breeze. I used the floor jack to elevate the rear of the car, removed the rear wheels, and 30 minutes later they were on. These mudguards fit perfectly and look cool. I am still waiting for rain to see if they eliminate the rear end spray. It would have been very helpful if the details of the product included that you need to purchase a special plastic rivet tool for proper installation. Other than having to spend about $8 for the tool, they do fit great, but don't be fooled, if you are buying these because of the spray up on the back of your Fiat when the roads are damp, these do very little to help that.Did not know I had to take the tires off to get the right angle to install. Does not seat firmly against the bumper, but serves the purpose. Took about an hour from start to finish.just the heads up this item is strictly used for regular fiat 500, not with fiat 500cThese Mudguards look perfectly contoured to the Fiat 500's overall design. I purchased these for purely aesthetic reasons. Because the Fiat is FWD it probably won't help too much with debris or mud but I think it gives the car a much lowered and aggressive look. The price is great and Avondale shipped it quickly. Thanks!Just like the front ones I reviewed but for the back of the car. They are OEM and quality. These are an almost perfect fit. There is a small gap along the sides where they "butt" up against the bumper. It's not terrible but it's there...The fitment is not as perfect as the front ones and not that easy to install. But it looks great and this is a most important thing.A1
